You’re misunderstanding me. I realize it’s my mistake for not double-checking the address on the purchase (note I called myself stupid near the beginning of the post), and I’m not blaming UPS for mailing a package to its original destination. What I am suggesting is that they should have a better system for intercepting packages than the current one, given that their locations are connected over a network and I gave advanced warning.

Yeah blame UPS for delivering it to the address that is on the label. Good god, grow some balls and blame yourself for your own mistakes.

Once more, UPS sucks. I always uncheck the "same as billing address" fields and re-enter info on websites. I just don't trust that the data will propagate correctly, and this is exactly why.
