I am constantly annoyed by my friends and the facebook apps. They never converse or add to any subject just a crack addict like obsession with “Mafia Wars”, “Yoville” and anything else that keeps them from being social on social media. Maybe that is why i cannot get them on twitter. Kimli is one of the few people who actually says something and it is most often amusing.

@Chrissy Don’t worry, the person wasn’t local, and he was bothering me on Facebook in non-app ways enough that this was just an excuse to pull the plug completely. Though I bet you could’ve beaten him up real good.

@Garth I think I did read something pig-related that was sent to me, though perhaps I am fooling myself into thinking a friend would have me as their prize hog.

Those quiz apps tend to employ questionable tactics in order to grow traffic. It’s very possible that your “former friend” didn’t actually answer that question, but the app is trying to make you think they did in order to get you riled up, and have you visit the app.

And the prize pig comment was delicious.

Sometimes I REALLY wonder what the hell is wrong with people! And to put it on Facebook?!? WTF?!?

Glad to hear you took a stand and unfriended them. Life it too short for that sort of bullshit.

Fear not, as soon as Facebook Lite (http://bit.ly/1TRi6U) comes to Canada, you can have the same banal friend news, but with 100% less apps.

I hate those apps too. Fortunately, most of the people on my friends list have lost interest in them and those quizzes in my feed have pretty much disappeared.
