I spent all evening opening boxes and putting things away but have yet to find:
- the kettle
- the booze
If I’d done the packing I would’ve put those together and wrote on the box in big letters “OPEN THIS FIRST”.
Come to think of it, I can’t find my towels either, meaning I am not currently a hoopy frood.
On the plus side my first parcel to my new place arrived yesterday: the Battlestar Galactica Box Set. Which is good since I’ve unpacked both the TV and the DVD player but I won’t be getting cable for two weeks. God forbid I read or something in the meantime.
They have stores that sell booze now, even in Kelowna! Not to mention bars.
Do you need towels in that climate?
if you are packing and moving yourself, you should always always label the booze! so once you get to your destination, you can crack that box, and have a drink.
