@Patricia I’d have to ask Mom about the recipe; I don’t think I have it. Whatever it is, she changed it from what’s written down. I know one of the secrets is to use several different kinds of apples (with different textures) so you get a mix of flavours and both soft and crunchier apple slices. Also lots of butter.
