I'm guessing I'm 5 lbs heavier than I was a year ago, though also 5 lbs lighter than I was a few months ago... 5 lbs makes a big difference on jeans sizing for me, as it's mostly in the waist. I don't think Levi's stores here build jeans for people, though I remember that being advertised in the US years ago.
